What you'll learn

Equipment & Physiology Basics

✓Scuba Equipment: learn what every piece of gear does, from how your buoyancy control device adjusts to how the regulator works and how to read a pressure gauge.
✓Diving Physiology: understand simple body basics as pressure changes, including how to equalize your ears, never hold your breath, and move slowly underwater.

In-Water Skills

✓Basic Dive Skills: practice short, logical skills like finning with ease, clearing your mask, adjusting posture, and recovering your regulator.
✓Underwater Communication: learn the essential diver hand signals used with no sound, including OK, up, down, and stop.
