Refund & Returns Policy

Classes & Training

If you've started your eLearning, pool, or any other part of your class, you've used real instructor time and course materials, so a refund request at that point is honored at 25% of the course price. If you haven't started any part of the class yet, you'll get a full refund.

Once your certification card has been issued, the course is complete and no refund applies at that point.

Rather than a refund, we're always happy to issue a credit toward finishing the class later or applying it to a different program, since your eLearning and skills don't expire.

Gear

New gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, as long as it's unused and in like-new condition with the original packaging.

Used or worn gear is evaluated case by case and, if accepted, refunded as store credit rather than cash.
