Common Questions
Do I have to drive to Dallas for this?
Not for the pool work. We’re a fully mobile dive academy, so confined-water sessions happen at your own pool or a Fort Worth-area aquatic center. The only eastbound trip is the open-water checkout dives, and that’s a single weekend rather than a weekly commute across the metroplex.
Where do the open-water dives take place?
Scuba Ranch in Terrell — a spring-fed dive park a little over an hour east of Fort Worth. It’s the same site our Dallas students use; the difference is that we run your pool sessions on the west side first, so you make the drive once instead of every weekend.
What if I don’t have a pool?
That’s the normal case, not the exception. We arrange pool time at Fort Worth, Arlington and Keller aquatic centers — tell us your neighborhood and we’ll sort out the closest option.
Do you serve Arlington and the mid-cities?
Yes — Arlington, Keller, Southlake, Mansfield, Burleson, Benbrook, Weatherford and Aledo are all inside our normal Fort Worth service area. Tell us where you are when you call and we’ll confirm before you book.
How long does certification take?
Most students finish over a couple of weekends — eLearning at your own pace, then pool sessions near you, then four open-water dives. Because we schedule around you rather than a fixed class calendar, the timeline bends to your life instead of the other way round.
