Fly Fiji Airways nonstop from Los Angeles (LAX) into Nadi (NAN) — that flight is in your package. In arrivals, walk past the information desk — our meet-and-greet host will be waiting on the left with a Beqa Lagoon Resort sign while the team loads your bags. From there it’s about a 3-hour bus to The Pearl Resort Marina at Pacific Harbour, with a rest stop halfway, then roughly a 45-minute boat ride to Beqa Island. Boats leave at 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and they don’t run after dark.

Yes — the package starts and ends at LAX. The round-trip Fiji Airways flights from Los Angeles are included; your travel to Los Angeles and home again is booked by you. Our flight out is FJ 811 at 11:55 PM on Thursday, June 28, so get to LAX with room to spare — Fiji Airways counters close an hour before departure. Coming back, FJ 810 lands at LAX at 1:05 PM on Saturday, July 7; leave at least three hours for immigration, bags and customs before any connecting flight. Those times are the airline’s current schedule and can change. And if a round-trip out of Dallas opens up the way it did for the 2026 trip, we’ll tell the group.

A passport valid at least 6 months beyond your return date. US citizens don’t need a visa for Fiji. Get to the airport 3 hours early — Fiji Airways counters close an hour before departure.

Flying west you cross the International Date Line and lose a day. You leave LAX late on Thursday, June 28 and land in Nadi at 6:00 AM on Saturday, June 30 — June 29 never happens for you. You get it back coming home: the flight leaves Nadi at 9:40 PM on Saturday, July 7 and lands at LAX at 1:05 PM the same day. Request time off for June 28 through July 7, plus whatever you need either side to reach Los Angeles.

Your first full day. There’s no diving on check-in or check-out day. Boats leave at 8:00 AM sharp, and the resort pre-schedules dive days, usually consecutive — attend your scheduled days, because missed dives may not be rescheduled.

Yes — FJ$24 per tank or FJ$240 for ten, billed to your room. You analyze your own tank and log your O₂% and MOD on the boat sheet before diving.

Absolutely, and plenty do. A non-diver pays $650 less and gets everything else — the same Oceanview bure, the same flights, all meals and every transfer. There’s a house reef to snorkel any time, an infinity pool, the Lali Spa, and a Fijian cultural program every day, so there is plenty to do while the divers are out on the boat.

Every room on this trip is an air-conditioned Oceanview bure — we hold seven of them for the group, so there is no lesser room to end up in. No TVs or phones. Prices above are per person at double occupancy: tell us who you’re rooming with when you register, or say you need a roommate and we’ll match you up. If you’d rather have a bure to yourself, a single-occupancy supplement is available — just ask.

Wi-Fi vouchers are FJ$24 for 24 hours (2 devices) or FJ$140 for 7 days. There are no TVs or phones in the rooms and Beqa is genuinely remote, so plan on being mostly unplugged.

On-island purchases are billed in Fijian dollars. Settle your final bill in cash — FJD or USD — or by card, which carries a 4% fee. All Fiji taxes are already in your package price, so nothing extra is due at check-in. Bring small US bills for souvenirs at the school and village visits.

Tipping isn’t customary in Fiji. If you’d like to, there are staff and dive-crew gratuity boxes shared by the whole team, or you can add a tip to your final bill.

Resort dress is casual — shorts and tank tops are fine, we just ask no swimsuits in the dining area. For village and school visits, ladies cover shoulders and knees (a long skirt or dress, or long shorts with a top that covers the shoulders) and men wear a t-shirt and knee-length shorts; hats and sunglasses come off before entering the village, as a sign of respect. Pack something white for Friday’s optional White Party, and bring an Australian 3-prong power adapter.

Check-out is 10:00 AM and the departure boat leaves Beqa at 10:00 AM. Our flight home doesn’t leave Nadi until 9:40 PM, so plan on a long wait at the airport — the Fiji Gateway day pass is FJ$40 per person paid on arrival (no pre-booking, no guest limit) and includes a FJ$40 food and drink credit, pool access, a bar snack, a towel, a shower with amenities, luggage storage and a complimentary airport transfer.

A $500 per-person deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is split into even installments, with a payment link emailed on each due date — and you can opt into autopay at booking so the card on file is charged automatically. The full balance is due March 29, 2029.

Yes — we offer financing through Affirm, so you can spread the cost out instead of paying it all at once. Choose Affirm at checkout, or ask us when you register and we’ll walk you through it. You can also just use our own payment plan, which costs nothing extra: the $500 deposit holds your spot and the balance is split into even installments. One note if you go the Affirm route — leave the autopay box unticked, because an Affirm plan can’t be saved as a card for automatic future charges.
